Fay to pick up before making 'boomerang'

Tropical Storm Fay is expected to hug Florida's Atlantic coastline and strengthen slightly before returning to northeastern Florida, the National Hurricane Center said. At least seven possible tornadoes were reported Tuesday in eastern Florida as Fay battered parts of the state.
